This certificate is issued to the Omani citizen and resident foreign nationals presently or previously residing in the Sultanate for the following purposes:
Practicing commercial business outside the Sultanate
Obtaining entry visas for certain countries
Immigration to other countries
Working as tourists guide
Joining the University
Other similar purposes

- Letter from the Sponsor

For Foreigners Staying Outside The Sultanate
- A letter from the Applicant indicating their name and email address
- Two Photographs
- Copy of the passport including the pages containing the previous residence stamp during the applicant’s residence in Oman .
