The Embassy/Consulate also performs notarial functions like attestation of academic certificates, diplomas, marriage and birth certificates issued in India, power of attorney and other such documents executed by Indian citizens in India and UAE.

Requirements:

i) Original Certificate duly attested/ authenticated by the Home Department/ General Administration of the concerned state and its photocopy. Photocopy of parent’s passport, indicating page bearing resident visa.
